Amplify was founded and envisioned by Jaron Venell Heim, Jr., with a heart to create a space where creatives, worship leaders, and emerging voices can be ignited, equipped, and empowered. Our mission is simple yet transformative: to empower creatives, elevate worship culture, and inspire young leaders to confidently walk in their God-given purpose.

Rooted in faith and excellence, Amplify exists to cultivate a generation that leads with integrity, creativity, and spiritual clarity. We believe, as Scripture declares, “Stir up the gift of God which is in you” (2 Timothy 1:6), and we are committed to providing environments where those gifts can be awakened and strengthened.

Over the years, Amplify has hosted dynamic speakers such as Bishop Brandon A. Jacobs, Pastor Mark Moore, Jr., Bishop Linwood Dillard, II, Pastor Shalondria Taylor, Pastor Johnteris Tate, and a host of other impactful leaders. We’ve also been honored by powerful musical guests including Vincent Bohanan, Antwaun Cooks, Janaé Jones, Jabari Johnson, and more—each helping to shape unforgettable moments of worship and encounter.

Team

  • Founder + Visionary

    Jaron Venell Heim, Jr. is a multifaceted Musician, Artist, and Producer based in Sacramento, California. Known for his versatility and passion for excellence, Jaron has used his gifts to impact audiences across the globe.

    In 2020, he introduced himself as a solo artist with the release of his two debut singles, “Heal Our Land” and “Closer,” both of which drew widespread attention and solidified his place as a rising voice in inspirational music.

    Jaron’s artistry and production skills have led him to work with some of the most respected names in the industry, including 16x Stellar Award–winner Ben Tankard, Kim Burrell, Kelontae Gavin, Zacardi Cortez, Vincent Bohanan, Jabari Johnson, Grammy-nominated artist BrvndonP, and Stellar/Dove Award–nominated artist Earnest Pugh, among others.

    In 2022, Jaron launched Amplify, a rapidly growing conference birthed from a vision to empower creatives, elevate worship culture, and unite communities. Under his leadership, Amplify has released multiple projects, including their debut album, “The Amplify Live Experience Vol. 1,” which has been streamed and celebrated worldwide.

    Driven by purpose and anchored in faith, Jaron remains committed to serving his community and inspiring others through the ministry of music and the arts. His mission is simple: to uplift, encourage, and amplify positivity wherever his sound is heard.
